- Salt
- 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander
- 1 teaspoon
- Cumin
- 1 teaspoon
- Paprika
- 1 teaspoon
- Tandoori masala

- Ginger
- 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic
- 3 cloves, minced
- Lime juice
- 3 tablespoons

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, tandoori masala, paprika, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the grill grates with vegetable oil to prevent the chicken from sticking.
- Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and shake off excess marinade. Discard the remaining marinade.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for approximately 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Once done, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute throughout the chicken, making it even more flavorful.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges. Enjoy your meal!
Tips
- For a spicier kick, add an additional teaspoon of Tandoori masala to the marinade.
- For a creamy twist, serve the Tandoori Lime Chicken with a side of cucumber yogurt sauce.
