
Teriyaki Beef Linguine

Ingredients
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Red bell pepper (1, thinly sliced)
- Broccoli florets (1 cup)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Teriyaki sauce (1/2 cup)
- Linguine (8 ounces)
- Beef sirloin (1 pound, thinly sliced)
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic, broccoli, and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
