Red bell pepper
1, sliced
Broccoli florets
2 cups
Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Garlic
3 cloves, minced
Teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup
Linguine
8 ounces
Beef sirloin
1 pound, thinly sliced against the grain

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the beef sirloin and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the broccoli florets and sliced red bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in the teriyaki sauce and stir to coat the beef and vegetables. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
  6. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet. Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce and heated through.
  7. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
