Ingredients
- Sesame seeds (1 tablespoon)
- Green onions (2, chopped)
- Sesame oil (1 teaspoon)
- Honey (1 tablespoon)
- Soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
- Teriyaki sauce (1/4 cup)
- Broccoli florets (2 cups)
- Carrots (2, julienned)
- Bell peppers (2, thinly sliced)
- Ginger (1 tablespoon, grated)
- Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
- Vegetable oil (2 tablespoons)
- Noodles (8 ounces)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli florets to the skillet. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
