
Tomahawk Ribeye

Ingredients
- Butter (2 tablespoons)
- Rosemary (2 sprigs)
- Garlic powder (1 tablespoon)
- Black pepper (1 tablespoon)
- Salt (1 tablespoon)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Tomahawk ribeye steak (1 (2-3 pounds))
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Rub the Tomahawk Ribeye steak with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the steak on the grill and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side to get a nice crust.
- Move the steak to indirect heat and continue grilling for about 20-25 minutes, or until desired doneness (internal temperature of 130°F for medium-rare).
- During the last few minutes of grilling, add the rosemary sprigs and butter to the grill to melt.
- Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice the steak and serve with the melted butter and rosemary on top.
