
Toronto Tower Cold Brew
A refreshing and smooth cold brew coffee with a hint of maple syrup, inspired by the iconic CN Tower in Toronto.
Ingredients
- Milk (optional) (1/4 cup)
- Ice cubes (1 cup)
- Maple syrup (2 tablespoons)
- Cold water (2 cups)
- Coarsely ground coffee (1/2 cup)
Instructions
- In a large jar or pitcher, combine the coarsely ground coffee and cold water.
- Stir well to ensure all the coffee grounds are saturated.
- Cover the jar or pitcher and let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours, or overnight.
- After steeping, strain the cold brew coffee using a fine-mesh sieve or a coffee filter.
- In a glass, add ice cubes and pour the cold brew coffee over the ice.
- Add maple syrup and stir well to combine.
- If desired, add milk for a creamier taste.
