8 oz, peeled and deveined
Ground pork
8 oz
Garlic
2 cloves, minced
Ginger
1 tablespoon, minced
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Sesame oil
1 teaspoon
Wonton wrappers
1 package (about 30 wrappers)
Egg noodles
12 oz
Chicken broth
4 cups
Oyster sauce
3 tablespoons
Bok choy
2 cups, chopped
Green onions
2, chopped
Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, shrimp, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  2. Take a wonton wrapper and place a small spoonful of the filling in the center. Wet the edges with water, fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle, and press the edges firmly to seal. Repeat until all filling is used.

  7. Add the cooked noodles to the broth and toss gently to coat them in the sauce.
  8. Divide the noodles between serving bowls and top with the cooked wontons, stir-fried bok choy, and garnish with chopped green onions.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy the rich flavors of this classic dish!

Tips

  • 💡 For a spicier kick, add a dash of chili oil or fresh sliced chilies to the broth.
  • 💡 If you prefer a vegetarian option, substitute the meat with finely chopped mushrooms and tofu.
  • 💡 You can enhance the broth by adding a couple of dried shiitake mushrooms while simmering.
