Ingredients
- Cooking spray (for greasing the baking dish)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley (2 tablespoons, chopped)
- Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup, grated)
- Cheddar cheese (1 cup, shredded)
- Milk (1/2 cup)
- Eggs (6)
- Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
- Zucchini (2 medium, grated)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
