Ingredients

  • Ice cubes (1 cup)
  • Unsweetened almond milk (1 cup)
  • Natural honey (1 tablespoon, or to taste)
  • Greek yogurt (1/2 cup, plain or vanilla)
  • Banana (1 medium, peeled and sliced)
  • Blueberries (1/2 cup, fresh or frozen)
  • Kiwi (2 medium, peeled and sliced)

Instructions

  1. Place the ice cubes, unsweetened almond milk, natural honey, Greek yogurt, peeled and sliced banana, fresh blueberries, and peeled and sliced kiwis in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed for about 1-2 minutes, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste the smoothie. If you prefer it sweeter, add a bit more honey, then blend for another 10-20 seconds.
