Ingredients

Original recipe serves 2

Ice cubes
1 cup
Unsweetened almond milk
1 cup
Natural honey
1 tablespoon, or to taste
Greek yogurt
1/2 cup, plain or vanilla
Banana
1 medium, peeled and sliced
Blueberries
1/2 cup, fresh or frozen
Kiwi
2 medium, peeled and sliced

Instructions

  1. Place the ice cubes, unsweetened almond milk, natural honey, Greek yogurt, peeled and sliced banana, fresh blueberries, and peeled and sliced kiwis in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed for about 1-2 minutes, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste the smoothie. If you prefer it sweeter, add a bit more honey, then blend for another 10-20 seconds.
  4. Pour the smoothie into glasses, garnish with a few extra blueberries or kiwi slices if desired, and serve immediately.
