
Avocado Salsa
This refreshing avocado salsa is made with ripe avocados, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, lime juice, and spices.
Ingredients
- Cayenne pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Cumin (1/2 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Garlic (1 clove, minced)
- Lime juice (2 tablespoons)
- Fresh cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped)
- Red onion (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
- Tomatoes (2, diced)
- Ripe avocados (2)
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
- Add the diced tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, cumin, and cayenne pepper to the bowl.
- Gently mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- Serve the avocado salsa immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos, salads, or grilled meats.
