Ice cubes
1 cup
Honey
1 tablespoon
Greek yogurt
1/2 cup, plain
Almond milk
1 cup, unsweetened
Protein powder
1 scoop, vanilla or unflavored
Banana
1 medium, ripe

Instructions

  1. Peel the ripe banana and break it into small chunks.
  2. In a high-speed blender, add in the banana chunks.
  3. Next, add the protein powder, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and honey to the blender.
  4. Lastly, add the ice cubes.
  5. Blend on high speed for about 1 minute or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
