- 1 cup Ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1/2 cup, plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup, unsweetened Almond milk
- 1 scoop, vanilla or unflavored Protein powder
- 1 medium, ripe Banana
